Release Notes for Version 6.16, released Nov 4, 2004
This release adds the ability to print graphs for just one party and do child support guideline calculations for
Minnesota, New Jersey, and North Carolina.
Enhancements to all editions:
1. Child support guidelines. We have added three new states' child support guidelines: Minnesota, New Jersey, and North Carolina.
2. Overrides on Totals button. The totals button now allows you to override any line item in the totals list. Taxes may not update completely in response (because the tax numbers may be built on lower-level subtotals), but all other totals will.
3. "Black and White" printing. If you do not have a color printer, you may now specify "Black and White" printing mode. To do that, select Planner / Reports. Click the link "to set print and report options." Click the box for "Print in Black and White."
4. Parties' ages. On the Totals button reports as well as the After-Tax Cash Spreadsheet Style report and the Net Worth Spreadsheet Style report, we are showing the parties' ages as well as the year. This lets you see, for example, "here's where we are when the party turns age 65."
5. Reports. Numerous small clean-ups and enhancements to reports.
Enhancements to Professional Edition Only
1. Graphs for one party. You may now display and print graphs for both parties, husband only, or wife only. To select the party for whom to print, click Planner / Assumptions, and choose the option for selecting which parties to display.
2. Preparer title. The title of the preparer (e.g., CFP, CDFA) now appears on the page's footer.
