Florida Law - If One Spouse Interferes With Visitation, May The Other Stop Making Payments?
If one spouse prevents another from visitation, the thwarted spouse still
must pay spousal maintenance and child support.
The law also provides for make-up visitation, paying of costs, and other
enforcement possibilities for the situation where one parent who prevents another parent
from visiting on visitation days and times.
