Indiana Law - Child Support Guideline Examples

Here are some examples of weekly child support guideline amounts in Indiana. The "income" amount in this chart refers to annual gross income after the adjustments for previous child support payments, health insurance premium for the child, and certain alimony paid to previous spouses. The "percent" is simply the support payment as a percent of income (after adjustments to income).
