Spouse Not Found For Summons
If a spouse can not be found, so the summons can not be delivered in person, the
court can still grant a legal divorce.
But most likely, the court will not do anything about dividing the property, or
awarding alimony or child support, until the spouse appears.
Also, the court will not make any legal determination of custody if the summons
has not been received.
