The spouse was at the time of marriage and currently is impotent.

Bigamy.

Adultery.

Willful desertion or absence from petitioner for one year inclusive of the period of pending litigation. for divorce or separation.

The spouse guilty of habitual drunkenness for 2 years.

The spouse guilty of "gross and confirmed habits" caused by the excessive use of addictive drugs for 2 years.

The spouse attempted murder of the one filing for divorce.

The spouse guilty of extreme and repeated physical or mental cruelty.

The spouse has been convicted of a felony or other "infamous" crime.

The spouse has infected the other with a communicable venereal disease
