Indiana Law - What Are The Grounds for Divorce
The grounds for divorce are:

Irretrievable breakdown of the marriage (this is by far the most widely used ground).

Conviction of either party during the marriage of a felony.

Impotency, existing at the time of the marriage.

Incurable insanity for 2 years.
Also, there is procedure for "
Summary Dissolution
" if the
parties have reached agreement on all issues.
