Award was $2,000 per month, permanent support). Bohnsack (1992) 586 NYS2d 369 (five year term for spousal support). Moller (1992) 591 NYS2d 244 (spousal support awarded of 2 years at $50/week, short marriage, but wide discrepancy between spouses' earning capacities). Rosenthal (1991) 568 NYS2d 603 (1/3 of net income over $20,000, income to include contributions to pension and profit sharing plans). Raviv (1989) 545 NYS2d 739 (five year term for spousal support). Pressman (1988) 532 NYS2d 520 ($3,000/wk in year 1, $2,500/week for years 2 and 3, and $2,000 per week for years 4 and 5. Husband earned $3 million a year. Wife unemployed. Wife got property settlement of 5% of $5 million increase in valuation of business during marriage (i.e. about $250,000), distributing equally all other marital assets).
