New York Law - Separation Judgment

Here are the grounds for a separation judgment:

• Cruel and inhuman treatment.
• Abandonment.
• Neglect or refusal to support spouse where obligated by law.
• Adultery, except where the spouse aided the adultery, or where the spouse is also adulterous.
• A prison term of 3 or more years.
