Ohio Law - May the Court Award Attorneys' Fees.
The court will award attorneys' fees to either party (if the other party can
afford to pay them) in order to assure that both sides get a fair hearing.
Section 3105.18(H).
Cases:
Frost (1992) 618 NE2d 198 (The court awarded $35,000 in attorney's
fees. The value of the property was a little over $1 million, and
there had been extensive hearings on the custody issue.)
