Ohio Law - What Are The Grounds for Divorce
In addition to the no-fault grounds (after a one year separation), the following are also
grounds for divorce:

Bigamy.

Willful absence of either party for one year.

Adultery.

Extreme Cruelty.

Fraudulent Contract.

Gross Neglect of duty.

Habitual drunkenness.

Imprisonment of adverse party at the time of filing for divorce.
