Ohio Law - Is This A 'No-Fault' Divorce State?
Ohio is a no-fault divorce state.
If both parties agree that they are "incompatible," they may file for
a divorce on that ground.
Also, either party may apply for a divorce after a one year
uninterrupted separation without cohabitation.
