Pennsylvania Law - Until What Age Does Child Support Typically Run? The typical age at which child support stops is age 18. However, the court may order child support to continue past age 18. In particular, the court may order the parties to pay for college or other post-secondary education costs. Section 4321(2),(3), 4327(a).
