Texas Law - Until What Age Does Child Support Typically Run?

Child support continues generally until age 18. More specifically, it continues until:

• The child turns age 18, or graduates from high school, whichever is later; or
• Until the child marries or is emancipated by the court; or
• Until the child dies; or
• If the child is disabled, indefinitely.
