Can I send a check in the mail?

Yes, you can mail a check for the purchase price plus applicable sales tax to:

Our iron-clad guarantee is this:  If you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason within 90 days of purchase, you can return it for a full refund.

How do I "return" Software?

To return software, mail us a letter that includes the following:

1. Your name and address, and the approximate date you purchased the product.

2. A statement that you are returning the product and the name of the product you are returning.

3. The reason for your dissatisfaction. (We require this, and we use the information to help improve our products.)

4. The following text: "I, __________, promise that I have deleted all copies of this software in my possession, that I have not given the software to anyone else."

5. The address to which you would like us to mail the refund check.  Please allow 3 weeks for processing.

6. Your signature.

Orders are normally shipped via USMail (so we can ship to Post Office Boxes).

Can I have Family Law Software Products be shipped faster than that?

You can have your order shipped via Two-Day Express or Overnight Express. To guarantee delivery by either of these methods, orders must be received by 2:00 PM. Eastern Standard Time. Please call for more on expedited shipping.

Can I have the product shipped to a different address?

Certainly.  The "ship-to" address and the billing address may be different.  Send the product to any address you like, including P.O. boxes.
