"return" Software?
To return software, mail us a letter that
includes the following:
1. Your name and address, and the
approximate date you purchased the product.
2. A statement that you are returning the product and the name of the
product you are returning.
3. The reason for your dissatisfaction. (We require this, and we use the
information to help improve our products.)
4. The following text: "I, __________, promise that I have deleted all
copies of this software in my possession, that I have not given the software
to anyone else, and that I have destroyed all copies of physical media (such
as CD-ROM or floppy disks) in my possession."
5. The address to which you would like us to mail the refund check. Please allow 3 weeks for processing.
6. Your signature.
