In general, in Illinois, you can see the guideline result for any year by changing the start year as shown below.

This is true for 2027 as well.
At this writing, which is August of 2026, we do not yet have either the 2027 Guideline table or the Gross-to-Net Table. When each table becomes available, we will incorporate it in the software.
Until that happens, when you change the start year to 2027, you will see the following changes:
- Shared parenting applies when both parties have 110 or more overnights.
- Presumptive minimum child support of $40 per child applies when the obligor’s income is 100% or less of the federal poverty guideline.
Also, for the option to use actual taxes, we will be using 2027 taxes, to the extent they are known now.
We do have in place the federal tax laws for 2027, including inflation adjustments set on the Settings > Assumptions screen, as shown below.

Because the actual inflation adjustment that the IRS will apply will not be released until the end of 2026, the 2027 tax calculation may be slightly different than the actual 2027 taxes.
