Budget Report header. The Budget Report header now mentions that child support is included only if this particular case has child support. Similarly, the Budget Report header mentions that spousal support is included only if this particular case has spousal support. Previously, the header mentioned both child support and spousal support if the option to include both in the report was selected, regardless of whether they were present in the case.
State specific
Connecticut
- Which guideline. You can now choose between the prior and current guideline on the Quick data entry screen. Previously, this could be done only on the Complete screen.
Florida
- Alimony End Date. If no end date is entered for alimony, the child support step down calculation extends alimony through the end of the time period.
Illinois
- You can now specify which tax year should apply on the Quick data entry screen. Previously, this could be done only on the Complete screen.
