For everyone
1. Multi-factor authentication (MFA). In the cloud, you now have the option to change your method of multi-factor authentication. That is, if you are having the two-factor code being sent to your phone, you can now have it sent to your email and vice versa. To make the change, click Settings along the left and then Change MFA Settings.

If you should want to remove multi-factor authentication, that can be done through Account Manager. The primary user on the account can access Account Manager by clicking the account icon in the top right corner. The billing administrator or system administrator can access Account Manager by logging in. Once they are in Account Manager, they would click the Settings tile to change MFA availability.
2. Real Estate sales. If parties are filing jointly in the year of sale, then, on the Sale of Real Estate report, the figure for estimated state tax will now use the marginal state tax rate for the parties as joint filers.
