- When the option to print footnotes with each item was selected, the columns in the footnote lines were misaligned. (Printing footnotes at the end of the affidavit was not affected.) This has been fixed.
- Debt footnotes were not printing. They are now printing.
- If the first party named in the software is the respondent in a case, and there is a residence that’s separate property, the mortgage on the property will now appear in the correct party’s column.
- When printing the Affidavit, if there are expenses on line 36, they were being repeated on line 37. They are now appearing as they should.
- Some asset and liability types were reassigned when an existing file was opened. We were able to fix this issue for files that have not yet been opened in the new Financial Affidavit release. However, if you opened a file on July 23, 24, or 25, you might need to fix your asset and liability types manually.
Here are the steps:
1. At the top of the Assets & Liabilities page, click the 3rd checkbox, to use the “Financial Plan” view.
2. Look at each Investment, Debt, and Personal Item. If the Type is wrong, correct it.
3. Return to the top of the Assets & Liabilities page and click the checkbox that had been selected.
