State specific
California
- On the child support data entry screen, we swapped the sequence of tabs so that the FLS-Quick is the first tab.
- On the child support data entry screen, the software will now remember which tab you were on.
- On the FLS-Quick tab on the Child Support data entry screen, we now include tip income.
- On the FLS-Quick tab on the Child Support data entry screen, you now have the ability to enter the state where the party lives. This is useful if the party is taxed in a different state.
- Family Law Software now includes the new California Judicial Council forms for joint petitions. The forms are:
- FL-700, Joint Petition – Marriage or Domestic Partnership
- FL-710, Summons – Joint Petition
- FL-720, Notice of Revocation of Joint Petition
- Extended the length of the name field on PDF Form MC-050
- In the child support results section, we now show the full range of the low income adjustment.
- We have conformed our California child care credit calculation to Senate Bill 711. In this case, the child care credit for California is no longer in sync with the federal child care credit.
Georgia
- We have moved the link for the parenting time adjustment worksheet from the guideline worksheet to Schedule C.
