1. New Account Manager. We have introduced a new Account Manager which enables people to do the following:
- Add and remove users.
- Specify the users to which two-factor authentication applies.
- Change their email address.
- Upgrade their product.
- Update their billing information.
- Change their account contact information.
- Look up past payments.
Only the person whose name is on the account and people designated in our records as billing administrators may access the account manager.
2. Poverty Guidelines. We have updated the poverty guideline amounts to 2026 levels. This is used in several states’ child support guideline calculations in low-income situations.
State specific
Colorado
- New Guideline. This release includes an option to use the Colorado Guideline that is effective March 1, 2026.
Florida
- Deviations. When deviations to child support were entered, the screen was not immediately refreshing. That is now fixed.
Michigan
- Guideline. This relates updates to the latest guidelines.
- Medical Expenses. Sometimes the wrong party’s medical expense could carry to the guideline worksheet. This is now fixed.
Minnesota
- Minnesota CARES. We have updated the Minnesota CARES Premium Table for 2026.
New Jersey
- Tax Worksheets. We added a link to the tax worksheets on the Additional Worksheets screen.
- Last Year’s Income. We updated the New Jersey Case Information Statement “Last Year’s Income Worksheet” line numbers that reference the 2025 federal income tax form.
- W-4. We updated the W-4 constants that are used in the income tax calculation that is used for the child support guideline calculation.
New York
- Credit Card Payments. We have moved credit card payments out of Expenses section, following the instructions on the latest Net Worth Statement.
