If you are creating a PDF you may not save it to a Clio matters folder.
When you save it to a Clio matters folder, Clio appends an extension that ends “swap.”
This is no longer a PDF document that can be printed by a PDF reader.
To resolve this problem specify a folder on your desktop, not in Clio.
