How can I change the information in the footer, such as time, date, parties’ names, file name, software version, and page numbers?

You may change the footer with the Report Options dialog.

In the Cloud, click Settings > Configuration > Set Report Options.

In the desktop software, click Files & Settings > Configuration > Set Report Options.

You may make the footer have a larger font.

You mal also add two lines of a custom footer, which replaces some information in the existing footer.
