In the Cloud, do the following:

  1. Open File Manager.
  2. Click the 3-dots menu on the line where the file is listed.
  3. Select the option to send the file to tech support.

In the desktop software, do the following:

  1. Click Files & Settings > Help/Support > Send us your file.
  2. If you wish, click the box to strip identifying details.
  3. You will be prompted to type your question.

If a firewall prevents you from sending the file to us this way, you may manually email us the file.

You can see the folder where the file is located by looking at Files & Settings > Open/Save/Send, at the top of that screen.

Go to your email program, address an email to us with your question, and navigate to that folder to attach the file.
