Question: Why is the effective date on the form earlier than the current year?
Answer: The footer dates do not change unless the form changes.
The effective date is the last date that the format of the form was changed by court order.
EasySoft puts an artificial footer on the forms that indicates that they are printed in the current year and removes the effective date. But that is not the correct effective date of the form.
We hope this helps to relieve the concern about the effective date on the worksheet.
