The place health insurance will carry depends on the tax category.
You enter the tax category as shown below:
If the health insurance is a Pre-Tax & FICA-taxable deduction, it will appear in Section 2 under Health, Dental, Vision Ins. Premium, as shown below:
If it is Pre-Tax & FICA Exempt, it will appear in Section 2 under “Flex Benefit Cafeteria Plan,” as shown below.
Otherwise, it will appear in section D of the personal expenses section of the SFS, as shown below:
