The place health insurance will carry depends on the tax category.
It depends only on the tax category specified. It does NOT depend on which section you enter it in the data entry screen.
You enter the tax category as shown below:
If the health insurance is a Pre-Tax & FICA-taxable deduction, it will appear in Section 2 under Health, Dental, Vision Ins. Premium, as shown below:
If it is Pre-Tax & FICA Exempt, it will appear in Section 2 under “Flex Benefit Cafeteria Plan,” as shown below.
If the tax category is “after tax,” it will appear in section D of the personal expenses section of the SFS, as shown below:
